The opportunity to design a new workspace for a boutique custom design studio was a dream job. At the center of the project is an owner with great vision and trust that allowed originality to blossom. Working with this very talented group of designers, required a strong approach to style, function and originality.

Start with choosing the perfect color scheme, add environmentally friendly bamboo floors, find the right lighting, and you have the beginning of the perfect recipe for artistry.

While the level of creativity at this design studio is off the charts daily, I wanted to design a space that inspired and also challenged that creativity. Combining new custom upholstery with vintage gilded ballroom chairs, along with commissioned custom worktables left no detail to chance. Fabrics, furniture, original artwork and accessories were chosen to reflect the festive events the studio’s work represents. As soon as you walk in the front door, it is clear that something very special is happening here that you just have to be a part of!
